I just had to use Internet Explorer (once in a very blue moon) to check something, and while using it, I saw that [H] had advertisements displaying. This surprised me, as I'd assumed [H] had suspended ads, given that I never see them in Firefox browsers, despite whitelisting hardforum.com.

However, even after disable-everywhere'ing in ABP, ads still aren't showing up. I've also allowed scripts globally (temporarily) in NoScript, to no avail. My hosts file is clean, too. I don't have any other ad-blocking addons, either.

Any ideas? Are [h] ads grabbed over SSL? I've had some quirky underlying issue of browsers sporadically forcing SSL connections in random places. Maybe I should load up Fiddler and start learning its ways :)
 
No clue bro. Working fine on all browsers here.
 
I too was missing them for a few days but they are back now.
 
For a couple of days we had some third party ads that were pulling blank ads, this is probably what you were seeing.
