Where are the 90 nm CPUs

Its a month now since AMD stated that they were shipping the 90 nm parts "for revenue" i.e. selling them to major players. My question is:

Has any1 seen one of these Hi-Tech wonders yet? I would just like to know if the CPUs acctually exists in the Real world yet or if it will take another 6-8 months TTM (Time 2 Market).
 
As far as I am aware the only 90 nm CPUs that AMD has made are the mobile Athlon 64s used in laptops, so to get on at the moment you have to buy one of the newest laptops.
