hi,

just wondering when western digital's 500gb/platter high performance hdds will be out - and do people know if its only going to be in 2tb variants, or will there also be a 1tb variant?

i am talking about those drives with 64mb cache, 5y warranty.

Is the RE4 drives like that? i saw one on newegg a while ago not positive they are 500 gig platters but i thought it was it was a 2tb drive.
