And when will intel's new 64 bit (IA 32E?) cpu release? What chipset will it run on?

longhorn is slated for late 2005/2006... I'm running the Alpha now... Ok well ..I've got the alpha installed- it runs when it wants to..not stable on my system. but alright on my buddies. it looks nice but I havent been able to really beat it up yet
 
Longhorn and the 64 bit os are in alpha at present. I would say not before 2006 for each.

love to but even the alpha has activation and the key they give you is only good for 25 activations... heck I've already reinstalled it about 8-9 times..
