When installing windows I keep getting blue screen errors.

Originally I got IRQ errors. so i took out one of the cd drives and so the error change to pfn list
has failed one. anyone any ideas? btw I have dfi lanparty sli d, athlon64, 1gb geil pc3200 ram and a 250gb wd sata hdd. this happens at the same time period after i have turned it on
 
Have you installed drivers for your SATA controller? There's an option to press a key (I forget which one) during the install for 3rd party drivers...
