My system is:

Venice 3000+
JetWay A210GDMS-Pro
1GB Corsair PC3200
Hitachi SATA 120GB

Currently, my stats are

FSB @ 250. HTT @ 4, MULTI @ 9. CPU is 2.250Ghz. All TEMPS and Volts in spec.

When I push the FSB to say 267 and get the Dram divider to give me a 200 FSB, I cannot connect to the internet with my onboard LAN.

I'm stumped.

This normally happens on Intel and amd via boards (not sure about ATI). Where the higher you set the fsb, the higher the pci bus goes as well. This them makes all onboard and pci devices fail and you are left with a pretty bare computer unless you step down a ways.

So IMO it looks like you need to step it down a bit if you want to use your onboard LAN. If not go and pick up a PCI nic and try that. Or if you really want to keep your OC, get a better mobo since you know at least your CPU is able to hit the high marks.

BTW I can be 100 miles off for all I know. But this is just an issue that I have ran into in the past. The PCI Bus.

doesnt sound like a good mobo for overclocking either -_- treat yourself to an NF3 Ultra or an NF4 Ultra :D

yep, its probably the AGP/PCI lock, check if there are AGP/PCI settings and set them at 67...
