I was wondering i see that most boards will acutally show 0 fan speed but wont beep. for instance. if a cpu overheats it shutdown are beaps for becasue its to hot. just wondering is there anyboards that acutally beep whenever dust clogs up the fan and it stops but the cpu isn't heated to the point at witch it beeps?
 
I think you thinking of a CPU fan fail warning setting in BIOS. At a guess I would say majority of good quality motherboards will have this sort of BIOS feature.
