So... access one. Kernel.org has already been posted, and I'm sure thousands more can be found with a quick search. ftp.cdrom.com is a pretty popular ftp site. Or did you need more than anonymous access? Does your ISP provide you with web space? If so then there's a good chance they have an ftp server set up for you to upload your files.

Why not set up your own FTP if you need to test some thing you are uploading and need to run..
