What's wrong with this WU?

Was on IRC last night and got some help with this WU, but it still seems to be messed up.

Anyway, I noticed on EM3 that this "p1152_L939_K12M_ext_from638" protein on my Pentium 3 866 had been stuck at 164/400 frames for about 4 days. I deleted the core, it downloaded again and seemed to be working as EM3 was ticking off the % bars. However, later that night I noticed it was once again stuck at 100% and would not roll over to 165/400 frames. I deleted the core again, restarted, and let it run overnight. I woke up this morning and it was still stuck at 100% and 164/400 frames, so I decided to let it run for a little while and see if it would tick over. It finally did about 5 minutes ago, but now it seems stuck again.... it's not ticking off the % bars.

Is this WU toast? I've gone through 3 cores so far.... what's wrong with this thing?

EDIT: I just noticed that I have the exact same protein on my girlfriends' P4 and that one is working fine. In fact it's at 252/400 frames and is going by pretty quickly. I don't know if that makes a difference, but it's worth mentioning.

So it's never getting to the 165 frame? Just sits on 164? What is the average frame time on the other frames? Look in Fahlog.txt. Check in there also for an error of somesort.

No errors in the log. It was averaging about 25 minutes/frame before.

I'm running Memtest now. It's been running about 90 minutes and has 3 successful passes, but I'll let it go longer.

 
Is F@H for sure starting? I've seen EMIII tick off percentages, and F@H not even running. EMIII just takes the average time to do a frame, and then tick of percentages as the minutes go by. So the ticking off will be incorrect for the first frame or two.

 
Yeah, it's running. The comp is in my room, running Ubuntu 5.10 and I have to manually go in and type "./FAH504-Linux.exe -forceasm" each time to start it. Thus, the Terminal is open and I can watch it work.

That and EM3, it seemed to be working fine, it just wouldn't go past 164 frame and when it did, it was stuck on the 165 frame. Like I said, the exact same protein is folding fine on my gf's computer, so I'm curious as to whether it's the machine or the WU.

Update:

Ran memtest for 4+ hours and had 10 succesful passes. Loaded up FAH, deleted core again and restarted folding, now seems to be working fine... it's almost at 166/400 frames.

We'll see if it keeps working up. Should finish this WU in about 13 hours, so hopefully that was that.

It's just weird. I've never had a wu just stall at a point for days on end - well none that I've ever seen. If things don't work you could always just delet the wu. Not the best idea, but more work would be done getting a new one then just having the one sit there for days.
