So although we want Linux Sandybridge support to be available today, unless you are a hardcore user happy to compile his or her own components, you will have to wait a little while. I can’t give you a date, but you can bet we are doing everything in our power to make that date sooner rather than later.

Our engineers have been working hard to make sure that running Linux on Sandybridge will be an absolute joy.

What do you mean by "none are working properly"? Sandy Bridge accelerated video is not working in Ubuntu because even version 11.04 does not use the required updated components yet. Fedora 15 does have proper support and accelerated video is working.

If you're asking about a general problem, it's a bit handy to describe it better than "none are working properly". :p Believe it or not, there's a lot of stuff under Linux that doesn't work right with every single device under the sun. That's perfectly normal.

Intel Sandy Bridge graphics on Ubuntu 11.04 are still broken while with Fedora 15 the SNB experience is decent thanks to back-porting some of the DRM work and using Mesa 7.11-devel over Mesa 7.10.2.
