whats wrogn with my computer?

well when i delete things from one of my drives they dont go to the recycle bin, and the free space is the same. When i try to empty the empty bin it says would you like to delete these items and i click yes and it says cannot delete De104 cause it might be in use bla bla bla.

I have also tried deleting through the disk cleanup and that doesnt work either
 
Your keyboards "G" and "N" got switched, pull em out and switch em back.
