What's with ZipZoomFly?

I haven't ordered from them in a long time, since Newegg has a distribution hub one state away from me these days (overnight shipping at ground costs...). I do, however, remember that this company was once named Googlegear.com and that they were also a top notch company, being up front with all charges, and having customer service on par with Newegg, Directron, and Mwave.

After seeing some comments about these folks in the Hot Deals area, and seeing the decline in ratings on Mr. Wariner's site (resellerratings.com), I'm wondering, if they're becoming the next Monarch?

I dont remember their customer service ever being good, lol. They are, however, pretty quick to get me my shit, lol, as they've always been. I've been ordering from their since they were googlegear, and my last order was in feb, and there were no problems with it. Customer service is another story. If you want good customer service, go with the egg.
