Hi All,

Spent some time at walmart's site but it wasn't clear what their policy was for dead pixels, bleeding, etc... for online purchases.

Anyone know? Is it basically no risk like best buy where they just take returns no questions asked?

thanks much in advance for answers.

Just return it within the return period, tell them something generic like "it looks really bad"
Which isn't lie if you have pixel problems.

If they refuse the return within the return period, have your credit card charge it back.

Just be safe, treat it like "computers" and return it within 15 days of purchase.
If they don't explicitly say "must have x dead pixels to qualify" then don't worry about it... Even if they do say that, don't worry about it.

This I agree with. Most of the people who work at the customer service counter at Wal-Mart can't be arsed to delve to deeply into what's wrong with a TV/Monitor. As long as it isn't physically damaged upon return (unless it arrived to you that way), you've got your receipt and all the original packaging, you should be good.

EDIT: Is there a reason you're buying online from them?
