Whats Up with my Internet Connection ????

I have Cable from Comcast.Since today,everytime I start up the computer,at the time it gets to Windows main screen.I get a message saying couldnt validate VSINIT.DLL and i just click OK and everything is fine.Nothing happends.BUT when i get on the Internet,I can Only use it for like 3 minutes,No kidding,Then its like I loose the connection.My modem lights are still flashing and everything but I get no Internet.
What can it be ???

Well first hit in google says that dll is zonealarm, so if you use zonealarm re-install it.

Yeah I tried and when I try to run it,The same box pops up and wont let me install it.
I been trying to delete registry keys and nothing.The keys appear again.
I also used Spybot Search and Destroy to make sure is not a Bogus thingy but its clean.

It's probably not letting you uninstall/reinstall because parts of it may already be running. Try booting up in safe mode and removing it. Then reboot and try the reinstall.
