What's up with directron.com?

I've ordered from directron a few times. I haven't had any problems with them so far. From what I hear though... if they screw your order up, it is an absolute pain in the ass to get everything fixed.

But as far as my personal experience, everything came fairly quick, and they sent me all the right stuff so... I can't complain! :)
 
OMG!!! We should all boycott directron now!!! Jeez. It's just a damn mistake. I don't think this one little thing on one product makes an entire company unreliable. If you are that concerned about it then email them rather than just speculating here.

I wasn’t questioning Directron’s reliability because of that mistake. I was asking about their reliablity and also pointing out an updating error.

You may have been thinking that, but that is not how your post sounds. It sounds like you noticed the mistake, and then questioned their reliability.
 
i've ordered from them 2-3 times and never have had a problem
 
I got one hell of a price on a monitor there. It's the only directron order I've placed, but it went well.
 
I order quite a lot from them....never had any issues at all.
