I remember playing it around 2000; you flew around in a plane of some sort and collected multicolored balls then returned them to a loop. There were power ups you could which could freeze enemies, damage them, kill them, etc. But, I can't remember the name of it.

Need a little more detail... Console, PC game? Which console... online, or no? Is that all you remember?
