What's the fastest/easiest way to make a website?

Yea, I know I sound like I am dreaming, but I am kind of short on time - between school and, well, school, I do not really have much time to learn. I was looking at Joomla, but do not understand what really to do...

I can design the website in Photoshop, but other then that, I do not have a clue.

Are there any other suggestions? I am basically clueless, so go easy

Fastest way? Use a WYSIWYG HTML editor like nvu or SeaMonkey.

To get a site up and running the quickest is by using an engine like Joomla, you can find a template that you like and then work on your own as time allows. In the mean time you can set up your sections and catagories and then post your content in a quick fashion.

Yes, I was thinking Joomla would be best... However, I need to custom design the site. Are the templates modifiable? This will be the main issue, I think.
