What's the easy way to reorganize the start menu in Vista?

UAC wouldn't allow me to move a Logitech folder in the start menu. I had to disable UAC, reboot, move the folder, enable UAC, reboot again, and then finally I could make myself a cup of coffee. What's the quickest way to do this? Change permissions on files and folders?

I have UAC enabled.

I right click on the start menu -> browse users (all users - depending on where it is). Drag & drop, baby.
