Whats the difference?

Im looking into these two pc for a quad core 8800gts g92 build, one is more powerful than the other and its cheaper, why is it cheaper, is there something wrong with that model? Am I better off spending more on the newer 520w version?

The 520w model isn't newer, it's just modular. I'm not sure but I think the 550w model may be OEM'd by another company too.
