Whats the difference between the Xbox 360 Pro and the Xbox 360 elite??

That's if you get a new Pro... the older ones do not have HDMI. The box will tell you if it does.
 
This just may be my opinion, but I really like the way my Elite looks compared to my old 360. The black color of the Elite compliments my other electronics better than the white one did.
