XT pe has faster clock speeds. Other than that they are the same thing.

o

k the X8000 Xt not the pe is the 16 pipe 500 core and 1000 speed ? am I correct?

x800XT = 16 pipe, 500 / 500
x800XT PE = 16 pipe, 520 / 540 (I think)

They just have different clock speeds, no other differences.

I actually purchased a blue oem version of the sapphire x800xt from newegg and it turns out it was just a disguised platinum version, so all I did was overclock it to the platinum speeds 520/560,

X800 Pro is 475/450 12 pipe
X800 Pro VIVO 475/450 12 pipe (but is really an XT-PE in disguise in most cases)
XT is 500/500 16 pipe
XT-PE is 520/560 16 pipe

I bought a VIVO and flashed to XT-PE with 16 pipes, it runs 540/580 *all* *day* *long* W00T :)

so PE = Plat Edition?

I bought a x800pro this weekend , trying to decide if i should shell out the extra 100 stones for the XT PE.
