what's the difference between these 2 ati cards?

[barry butzloff]

there is a:
Diamond ati radeon 9250 256mb RAM = $79.99
ATI RADEON 9250 256mn ram = $101.99

diamond is at walmart and ati is at best buy. i already bought the regular ati radeon last month at best buy.(cant buy online stuff for specific reasons)
the diamond has a fan
the regular ati radeon has a heatsink.

which is better and why?

did i get ripped off?

please dont post junk..

Without any specifications that may show differences in clock speed, just branding and where you bought it.
