I see all these cards are the same but one is ATi and the other is Saphire whats the fucking difference?

between two radions the card layout looks exactly the same one is blue the other is red one has a different fan then the other?/
 
nothing. just a brand of card with different features. some makers make large changes, some make smaller changes. nothing spectacularly different.
