I have seen alot of different ways of doing the loop.
What is the best?
I was under the impresson it was like this:

Pump --> CPU Block --> Radiator --> Reservior --> back to pump

Pump --> CPU Block --> NB Chip --> Radiator --> Reservior --> back to pump

Pump --> CPU Block --> NB Chip --> GPU Block --> Radiator --> Reservior --> back to pump
or
Pump --> CPU --> Radiator --> NB Chip --> GPU(s) --> Radiator --> Reservior --> back to pump

This series of pump, to chip, to rad, to res, seems to me like the best way to deal with the heat; as you are sending the cool water right to the CPU and then stright to the rad.

Any input?

its not all that important. once it comes up to working temp the delta in temps around the loop will vary very little. Most people might say rad then cpu /shug.

Its better to lay it out/route it so the tubing runs are as short and direct as possilble while allowing access to your plug in cards etc. imo.

see the "you got questions... " sticky at top.

Also it can help the pump to have the resevoir immediatly before and physically above it in the loop

QFT

This is pretty much the only consideration you need to have in the order of your loop. The rest comes down to exactly as wwparish said, in reducing tubing to the shortest possible while avoiding kinks.
