What's the best defragmentation tool? (O&O, Diskeeper, etc)

I'm trying to defragment one of my hard drives under Windows XP and it says it couldn't defragment a bunch of files. I don't have any programs open that should be using them so I have no idea what is going on. I also have 24% drive space free (in case that matters).

Should I be using a dedicated defragmentation tool like O&O Defrag or Diskeeper 2008? (I don't want any full packages or anything... I just want something LEAN that will defrag like a pro) :)
 
I just use JkDefrag. It's a free defrag that works like a charm for me.
 
O&O Defrag, Perfect Disk 8 , Diskeeper 2008 are among my top 3 fav.
I use personally the latest version of Perfect Disk
