and do you guys think it will go nicely with a Motherboard Asus A8V-E Deluxe K8T890 $135.00 i dont plan to do major overclocking but maybe a little on stock hsf you think that motherboard is good for that ?

sse3... is like sse2 and sse, but does slightly different things. it adds performance in programs compiled to take advantage of it, but not much.

as for the mobo.. just a personal thing, but i would never buy a via mobo to OC on

My Soltek VIA K890 board o/c's good, not great but good. The board will do 300MHz. My CPU will do 2.4GHz. I'll be getting the DFI Ultra D soon though. Good is ok but I want smoke.

I would get a DFI nForce 4 board instead of the ASUS. It will be a much better overclocker and you have alot more BIOS options.
