It may be harder on the video card, but I wouldn't worry about it at all. If your video card can't handle plugging those two monitors in, I would RMA the piece of junk immediately.

It really depends on the resolution. Size makes no difference.
If it's at desktop, it makes no difference. There are very few games that support two monitors, and when they do it will just come down to how many pixels you have. The more the harder.
