It's "ai" slop, i.e. not referring to anything and revealing a selection bias in the model's "training" data.

As for the op's question: don't know, don't care. Migrated all my repo's and won't be looking back.

Centralization like this can stifle the trust on which Github was built on. If Github becomes more tilted to a Microsoft AI instead of community code platform, innovations will naturally favour microsoft priorities instead of the developers need globally.
