What's a good photo story DVD creation software that you recommend?

So my sister-in-law is one of those over achievers (she thinks she smarter then everyone else). She like to create decently nice photo story DVDs to show off during family gathering. I like to create some DVD photo story of my own but I don't know much about the subject. I'm a technical geek So I like to create a photo story DVD of my adorable family so i can up her a notch during the next extended family gathering. So what's a good photo story DVD creation application that I can use to create dazzling DVDs. Cost is not a concern. TIA!
