What's a good load balancer these days?

Something to balance between a 2MBit ADSL / SDSL line. Auto failover + balance. VPN, & other functionality a bonus. Good warranty + manufacturer support a must. Potential for two-unit clustering and potential for redundant PSU would be nice. Under $4K would be good.

Recommendations? Thanks.
