What's a good headset?

Greetings all!

I was wondering if anyone could give me some idea of what some good headsets are for gaming. The last pair I had were pretty crappy as the sound from the phones would sometimes bleed over to the mic. So if somebody could please inform me as to what sort of features you'd look for and such, I'd be thankful. Also, are the any wireless headsets that you like?

$30 @ Circuit City, and sound better than some $70-$90 headphones I've listened to.
