what's a good 4 channel fan controller for a 3.5" bay?

I'm looking for one that can turn fans OFF at their lowest setting, and has led illumination on the front. It'll be driving two 140mm and two 120mm fans. Anyone know of a good one?

I don't know if they changed the design or not, but the LED's on mine go from red to blue at the half way point.

The one you linked to isn't 3.5". Do you have a 3.5 one?

Yeah, I saw that too for $9.99 at Tigerdirect, but I guess I'm looking for a personal recomendation. Have you used that one? The $9.99 is pretty cheap, and sometimes cheap price = cheap crap.

The Scythe is a 2 channel controller, and the Xilence is a 3 channel (the 4th knob is for the light).
