$100 to $150 beside the Cooler Master TAC-01 and the Antec Sonata?

I'm interested in something nice (since UPS destroyed mine), and if you got one to show, please post the link(s) for it. Also, if/when you point one out, what makes it good?

Another vote for that case. I bought one for a cousin's system, and it's worth every penny. Lian-Li quality construction for about $50 less. Pretty good airflow, sliding motherboard tray, rubber grommets on the hard-drive mounting bays, very handy locking mechanism for 5 1/2" bays, front panel USB and Firewire, and a whole lot more. You should check it out.

I have been wanting a Kingwin KT424-BM-WM for ever. They run about $100 US plus shipping with no power supply but right now you can get it for $102 US shipped. You can get that here

Oh btw if you dont like the window mod then you can get an un modded version for $99 US shipped at Newegg right here

Good Luck and Post pics if you decide to buy!

trying to sell my 90% finished cube if you're interested...

othwise I'd suggest the Lian Li PC6070 someone mentioned, it's a great case.

Dood that cat would be the shit if that wasnt red eye..... and if it was all black

Id pay you 1Grand for you kitty

*mandatory [H]ard cat reference per thread satisfied
;)

I'm sort of in the market for a new case as well. I really like the Kingwin, but I'm looking for something within that price range but with a PSU, since I'm considering selling my painted chieftec w/ psu to a friend. Anyway, keep the suggestions coming.

There are not to many nice cases that cost 100-150 with a PSU. The Antec Sonta does come with a PSU though. Hey that Kingwin is very nice. I like it a lot. I'll look a little more into Lian Li cases. For some reason they're pretty debatable to me, only because I like em to look a little more slick. But not ricey.

Anyway. Thanks for the tips fellas!

that case has great features.. but I saw it in person and one thing i did not like about it was the front bezel.. the chrome looked cheap.. like chrome plastic.

Keep looking.

I got a hot case off of newegg, I'll link to it, I like it, it looks badass and I won't have anything different. When it's on it's not like bright leds. It's like a subtle green glow that flows throughout the entire case from the fans.

I have the upgraded version of this case.. and I love it. Although its premod wonderness, i plan on turning it into something original. :)

I agree, and I haven't even seen it in person yet. The front panel could definately look better. The removable mobo tray could be a little more functional as well.

Well I'm having trouble choosing between the Kingwin and this not-so-well-known brand:

there are more pics in a review linked from the linked site, but not too sure what the whole policy to linking to THG is.

That actually looks like a very nice case, think I might pick one up myself. here is a review I found of a very similar case, and the only bad things they had to say about it were that it was steel (this one is aluminum), that it had a meager 350w PS(this one doesn't have one) and that only 1 fan is included(this comes with 4).

I have a $150+ Coolermaster ATC somethingmerather myself and this case seems to have pretty similar specs. I DEFINITELY recommend getting one that has a removable mobo try, I can't imagine not having one now. Just my $0.02.:D

Well I still can't decide between those two, and now the lian-li PC65B. I do have time though, my friend probably won't be buying for a few weeks. I do have one important question though. Has anybody watercooled either of these three cases? If so, how was it? How do you have your setup work? I like the chieftec because it was so large and spacey for watercooling, I just don't like the design, and the three I'm deciding between have great designs, I'm just not sure whether they will work well for watercooling. I don't really want to have to do much cutting to these cases to get it all to fit.
