I was loking for a sli 6600GT card, and i found this now it shows AGP 4x/8x but it all so sed SLI in the Specs. Now is this true or did some one Fup when thay put this card on the site.

uhh... SLI isn't mentioned anywhere. There's no SLI interface either in any of the pictures, and it's not there are any motherboards that come with 2x AGP slots. So, it's safe to assume that it is not SLI compatible in any way, shape, or form.

But the card is obviously not SLI capable.
