What would you do?

I have the computer in my sig,.
Should I wait till more PCI-e (maybe dual) Video cards and buy a new rig

Buy a cheap Athlon xp Mobo and CPU, wait awhile and get high price nvidia AGP card.

Buy a A-64 and hopefully a DFI socket 939 board or MSI (if its good) and wait and get a cheaper mid-range video card.

Well, it's not like you box is horribly out of date. It will still play all the games out there. If you are planning an upgrade, I would wait for the Nforce4 chipset to come out and consider getting that with a 939 a64 chip.

It is still a few months off so in the mean time you could upgrade other things like speakers or get a huge flat panel monitor.

Personally, I would wait. If anything, I'd just upgrade your processor to a 2.8C.. And if you have even more cash, upgrade the mobo to something a bit better. Just my $0.02

Thanks, I guess I will wait, thanks for a newer CPU idea, I doubt a 2.8c is supported by a 845e chipset. If I get a mobo/cpu, it'll be a amd/nvidia combo :D
