Last Christmas I contacted the seller of a well known German hardware supplier out of curiosity to see If they could help me with the fan controller I bought that was bad.

I had the unit for a couple months before I got a chance to Install It, but the seller was nice enough to take the unit back but this Is where It gets Interesting.

I sent the unit back to the seller with tracking, seller received the unit In early January. The seller never tested the unit until the end of January to test for defects? None Of this did I find out until TODAY, when I e-mailed the seller for a response to what happened to the unit I sent them.

I also had to contact the seller about a month/month and a half later to see If they tested the unit, because again, no response from the seller?

I waited a while knowing Aquacomputer Is very slow with outside shipments, but the seller never contacted me at any time to let me know what was going on, not once?!

It's been almost four months without a response until today, and the seller thought I was being rude because of the nature of the email? Yah! It's been almost four months with no contact..what would you do In this type of situation? This Is very frustrating, and apparently the seller thinks they can ship me one at their leisure because "they" took It back after the 30 day return period. That's all fine and dandy but I could have sent the unit to Germany and back again In this time frame.

Am I wrong to be mad about this?

Hadn't thought of that. It's been so long I don't even remember what card I bought It on, I'll have to check.

I've thought about It, and since I've waited this long I'll give the seller a little longer to come through, as I know the seller Is more than likely not a crook, just really bad at communication and I also know how hard It Is to come by Aqua Computer stuff outside of Europe.

Just hope he comes through as I've been dealing with this seller since he was nothing more than a blip on Google and It would be a shame to see another good seller go to crap.

Do a chargeback on your Credit Card. End of story.

+1

And even of there not a crook.. Nothing like a chargeback to get there arse in gear.. Your CC Company will 1st initiate a dispute & thats normally more then enough..

Well, the supplier sent out another Aquaero, "tested" he says. Sounds like another word for used, but at least he sent one, and as long as It lasts I'm happy. Could be he's just being thorough also.
