What would I need to buy?

I live next to my mom in a mobile home(both of us). Is there a way I can network with her PC and transfer files back and forth and share internet? I was hoping for wireless but would it work ok and us in mobile homes? I am thinking the tin on the outside might block the signal? We are roughly 90-120 feet apart. Or is it even possible through wireless?

I'd like to go as cheap as possible.
 
Wireless would work if you got antenna's that where point to point, insted of omni. Also you could also use a Cat5E cable, that was put in some kinda conduit like a PVC pipe to make the distance. Since Cat5E can go upto around 330 feet.
 
So a external antenna can be hooked to any wireless router? I am thinking I would have to run it next to a window?

Would I have to get one for my place and my moms place? How much do they run(price)?
