When ever I play CS:S my screen freezes then I get repeditive noises over and over but if I hit something like say the start button I can hear everyone on team speak fine until I hit some other button or click my mouse then it starts to do the skipping noise with the frozen screen any idea? I am all out of ideas
 
Are you overclocking anything? Try running things at stock if you are. If not, my only other guess is to make sure you have fully updated drivers.
 
no ocing and new drivers tried cats and omegas and everythings on low
