I have read something about Wifi passwords being stored, etc. How can you disable that? How can you disable the browser? Is there a way to get Windows Media Center back?

You have to enable that feature, it does not do it automatically. You have to check yes to sharing my wifi password with contacts, and yes to allowing contacts to access your wifi. It is not on by default.

Block all of M$'s IP blocks at your hardware firewall.

They can push or pull as much data as they want. -j drop solves it all.

BILLY MAYS HERE FOR IPTABLES -J DROP.....

You waive all your privacy in the Win10 EULA. So either don't install Win10, drop it offline or get used to MS downloading all your private messages and data.

I like this idea. The issue is how to get all of MS IP's.

Yeah... Just putting 1 Gaming rig on Win10, keeping another rig on Win 7 for work purposes, and I've been working with Linux for the last while for day-to-day stuff.
