What video card for Flight Simulator?

My friend does a lot of flight simulator and he's wondering what video card he should get. The CPU is an Intel 3.0GHz 630, the Chipset is 945G, and the RAM is 1GB DDR2 in Dual Channel. The mobo supports PCI-Express. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
 
Thanks a lot, I'm gonna go with the cheapest video card I can find. Thinking of a 6200.

Yeap, that's perfectly fine for anything like that. My son even plays Warcraft 3 using the 6200 with no problem.
 
If he gets any add ons it can get quite demanding. Go for a 7600GS+ if you can. Some of the most demanding games in existance are flight sims.
 
Damn, spending $40 and $130 is a big difference! mmm...7600GS looks buff though. 12 pipelines vs. 4...lol
