ok i know both these card suck ass, but i need one for a computer with out an agp slot....so do i go with a 128mb 5700le or a 256mb 5200....and no i cant change out the board or any parts.

the 5200 performs less than a GF4 4200Ti.

If your stuck with PCI, get the 128mb 5700. If the performance of the PCI cards is the same as the AGP versions, the 5700 is a better card overall even though it has less memory.

Problem is, last I checked, nobody makes a FX 5700 PCI, only a much slower 5700 LE. The fastest PCI card I've been able to find is a FX 5600.

The 5700 LE is slower than the 5600. I'll see if I can find the clock speeds to compare, but the 5700 LE is SERIOUSLY nerfed compared to a normal 5700.
 
FX 5600: core 325, memory 550, 256 bit core, 128 bit memory
FX 5700LE: core 250, memory 400, 256 bit core, 128 bit memory
