So the Penryn is supposed to come out by the end of this year. When do you think it will be available for under $200?

I've heard the Abit IP35 Pro will be ready for Penryn. Do you think this MB will be able to take full advantage of Penryn?

If I could get a Abit IP35 Pro and e6320 now, then upgrade to a Penryn a year or so later that would be hot.

Sometime in Q1'08.

All P35 boards should be compatible with 45nm products.

All your wildest dreams to come true...

Most chipsets out today will support Penryn. Asus released a list of their boards no too long ago.

Penryn should be released Q3 - early Q4 this year. 2nd half of 2008 is the target release of the Nehalem architecture.
