Ok, I've been on the hunt for a second 24" 1920x1200 LCD for a while now, and can't seem to find any for a decent price (under $200, used) it got me thinking and I realized I don't really need 1920x1200 that bad, I could be fine with 1920x1080. And I started looking and have found some very nice 22 and 24" 1920x1080 lcd's for way under $200 (non LED, but pretty new models) I figure I could sell my current lcd and be able to get 2 of these newer 1920x1080 lcd's. Before you guys call me an idiot, i'm thinking that these new lcd's have much better picture quality compared to my fairly old tech 1920x1200 1000:0 lcd. So do these new TN panels have better pictures?

You'd probably need to post what your current LCD is, and what your planned upgrades are.

Bump. Come on guys, are the newer non LED backlit TN panels better then the OLD 1920x1200 tn panels?

Well a picked up a mint but used dell 2407 1920x1200 lcd for $170 usd, I have yet to test it out but i'm looking forward to comparing TN to whatever the 2407 has (spvis? or something?)
