I have quite a few older CRT monitors that I've accumulated over the years that I want to get rid of. I understand there is a certain way you have to dispose of them?

If they work, donate them to the local thrift store.

Craigslist

Most recycling places charge a fee to take them.

Or if you are somewhere like me, you can stick them out by the curb and somebody will come by and pick them up.

And if no one will take them from the curb, put a sign on it that says $50 or something, someone will steal it if they think there is value to it.

See if you have a federal prison in your area. Many of them operate UNICOR which recycles that sort of stuff for free.

Depending on where you live, I don't recommend leaving them on the curb or in the alley. Passerbys might break the glass and leave that mess for someone else to clean. Thrift store sounds to be the best idea, call ahead first.

Has anybody tried Eyefinity with three 32" CRT?

as said above many thrift stores do take them.....they have people that will reclaim the parts value.....or as 60 minutes will tell you.....they will end up in China with 10 year olds melting down the circuit boards. Clean in the US though
