What to clean 2005fpw with?

My monitor has built up quite a few smudges in the past year. I have a microfiber screen cleaning cloth but that really only takes care of the dust. Does anyone know of some solvent or cleaner that is safe to use on the monitor which wont damage the screen?

Water and a towel that doesn't shed or have grooves. Of course there are there alternatives that I'm sure some others will know of.
