What the hecks the difference...

Hello all,

Total nooby question comming here... what in the world is the difference between these two monitors... one of them is on sale for $759.8 the other one is at full retail (which by the way is the exact same price the first one would be without the sale?

The first one is the old model of the second one. It has input lag, weighs 30% more, has an older design, and doesn't have hdcp. They're clearing them out, thus the sale on that one.

Did you not notice the spec comparison chart? Plus, the one of the left is Wide Aspect. The other is not.

1000:1 vs. 600:1, and several other differences.


Use your eyes a bit longer next time.

The panel in the new monitor appears to be much worse than the old one, also thats what I paid for mine new )750 when it first came out. Just had to speak to someone over the phone...

too many typos on that screen. looks like some of the data from a 2007 not the 2407.
