I am going to be putting me together a systehere in the coming weeks and am unsure on the size PSU I should run in it. It is pretty much just going to be for gaming (SWTOR, Rift, Skyrim, BF3) with maybe a slight overclock.

The parts I am considering using are:

i5-2500K
Asrock Extreme3 Gen3
XFX 6950 1GB
500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
8GB Samsung (2X4GB) DDR3 1600 1.35v
CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ in a Coolermaster HAF 912 Tower.

I will probably add an SSD and another HDD in later down the line. I have been looking at the Corsair TX750 to have a bit of leeway for the additional drives in the futture, but what is the lowest I could run and have no worries?

A good quality 500 watt power supply is all you need, even with the additional drives you plan to put in. If you plan to crossfire, then a 750 watt is where you should look.

Thanx for all the info. It's been so long since I built my own rig and I appreciate all the help here.
