I'm running a Prescott 2.8GHz P4, Lite-On DVD+-RW, 7200rpm ibm deaskstar 60gb, two 80gb wd 8mb cache, ati 9200 video, usb intellimouse, neon light, extra case fan, and soundblaster audigy. Oh, and it's on the ECS i865pe chipset motherboard. Right now I have a Powerup 400W and can only run the three hard drives or two drives and the lite-on.

Thanks for the replies,
Brandon

Do the math
And once you run your stuff through that calculator, come back with some numbers and we'll be better able to recommend a supply. Also, what kind of price range are you looking at? Do you want a power supply that is going to be future-proof-er than most? Any special features you want like silence or fan control?
