What Shuttle for OC-ing!

Hey guys.

Looking to buy a Shuttle, preferably an AMD64 if not, using the latest P4 chip. What do you lot recommend? Will be attempting to water cool it.

Was looking at the K83G but was told it's overclocking abilities are rubbish.

Don't want it to be too expensive, under £200 or on the American market under $200.
