What should my refresh rate be on dell2001fp?

I would like to know what should I have my refesh rate set to for gaming I have it now at 60hz and rez is 1600x1200 that is what I play my games
Here is what my system is

You really don't have to be touching the refresh rate for LCDs.

ya, it doesn't matter what refresh rate you choose. LCDs dont use refresh rates in the same way CRTs do.

And yes 60hz is fine.

Whatever it sets at via DVI and it is happy with. I have had a 2001fp for like three years, and I haven't had to tweak a thing for it to run smooth,

your sig is 5 lines too long. Take out some of the returns in there and make it less than 10 lines.
